Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
Design and implement network architectures based on business requirements.
Manage wired and wireless networks for seamless connectivity.
Implement security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and access controls to protect data.
Monitor network performance and detect issues using diagnostic tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity problems.
Manage network servers, backup systems, and cloud-based infrastructure.
Provide technical support to users regarding network and hardware issues.
Train employees on best practices for cybersecurity and hardware usage.
Ensure proper configuration and security of network protocols.
Maintain documentation of network configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are a plus.
