Job Title: Class 1 Hindi Teacher
Location: Sanskriti school, Bhukum campus
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2-5 years (preferred)
Education Qualification: B.Ed./D.El.Ed. with specialization in Hindi or equivalent degree

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our esteemed CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Hindi language teaching methodologies and a strong ability to engage and inspire young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons tailored to Class 1 students.
Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance students’ language skills (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
Use innovative teaching aids, storytelling, rhymes, and interactive methods to make learning enjoyable.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and activities, and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain student records and report progress to parents and school authorities.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school events, workshops, and training programs.
Ensure adherence to CBSE curriculum guidelines and school policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi along with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification.
Prior teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).
Excellent command over Hindi language and grammar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle young learners with patience and creativity.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and technology.
