Role Overview
The House Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a private residence, ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently. They will manage household staff, coordinate maintenance, organize events, and maintain high standards of service and hospitality. The role requires excellent leadership, organization, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Household Management & Organization
•* Supervise and coordinate household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, security personnel, etc.).*
•* Ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining order and efficiency in all household functions.*
•* Develop and enforce household policies, schedules, and standards.*
•* Oversee household inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and replenished.*
Staff Supervision & Training
•* Recruit, train, and manage domestic staff, conducting performance evaluations.*
•* Assign duties and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.*
•* Handle staff schedules, leave requests, and conflict resolution.*
Property & Maintenance Oversight
•* Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and service contractors.*
•* Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and appliances are in optimal condition.*
•* Oversee security measures and ensure safety protocols are followed.*
Event Planning & Guest Services
•* Plan and manage private events, dinners, and gatherings as required.*
•* Ensure guests receive high-quality hospitality and service.*
•* Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries for household members.*
Financial & Budget Management
•* Manage household budgets, expenses, and supplier payments.*
•* Track inventory and manage household purchasing efficiently.*
•* Maintain records of financial transactions and reports.*
Personal Assistance & Special Requests
•* Assist homeowners with personal errands and appointments.*
•* Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.*
•* Coordinate pet care, child supervision, or special household projects as needed.*

Qualifications & Experience

•* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.*
