Job Summary:
This role involves strategic planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and building employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume hiring, leadership recruitment, and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Experience Required:Â Minimum 5 Years in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the manpower needs of the company.
Coordinate with department heads and regional managers to understand hiring requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and issuing offer letters.
Source candidates using various platforms like job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, and internal referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
Implement employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct HR interviews and ensure alignment with company values and culture.
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Collaborate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth induction and placement.
Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.

Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals.
Ability to handle high-volume and multi-location hiring.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹70,000.00 per month
