As an Intern, the candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, while further developing their skills and knowledge in the field of finance and accounting.

• Roles and responsibilities:
• Assist in analyzing financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitor variances against actual performance.
• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards for management review.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in long-term strategic planning processes and financial modeling.
• Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information and support various financial projects.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Qualifications and Prerequisites:
  Eligibility: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) eligible for industrial training as per their respective institutes (ICAI/ICMAI).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and taxation.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
