*Key Responsibilities:*

– Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their interior design needs, preferences, and budget.

– Develop and present design concepts that align with the client’s vision and objectives, utilizing sketches, mood boards, and digital presentations.

– Provide expert advice on design trends, color palettes, furniture, fixtures, and materials.

– Create detailed floor plans by self or with the help of design team , elevations, and 3D models using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

– Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.

– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.

– Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

– Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, and participate in networking events to generate new business opportunities.

– Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.

– Assist in the merchandising and display of products in the showroom to create an engaging and inspiring environment.

*Qualifications:*

– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

– Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.

– Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the interior design or home furnishings industry.

– Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

– Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

– Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

– A keen eye for detail and a passion for design and aesthetics.
