We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our marketing team and support sales efforts by leveraging architectural expertise. This role bridges design and business, helping clients understand our projects and services while assisting in marketing campaigns, presentations, and sales proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually appealing presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings to support sales pitches.
Work closely with the sales team to explain design concepts and project details to potential clients.
Conduct market research and analyze architectural trends to enhance marketing strategies.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and events to showcase architectural expertise.
Coordinate with design teams to ensure marketing materials align with the company’s projects.
Support digital marketing efforts by providing architectural insights for social media, website content, and advertisements.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
0-2 years of experience in architecture, preferably with some exposure to marketing or sales.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
Strong visualization and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate architectural concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Interest in marketing, branding, and business development.
Good teamwork and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate, construction, or interior design marketing.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
