Are you a designer early in your career, eager to apply your creative skills to global brands and impactful research? Do you love working across a wide variety of design challenges – from presentation decks and marketing campaigns to event branding and digital content?
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing Creative Studio in India – producing compelling, high-quality design for a global business working at the forefront of consumer and sensory research.

MMR is an independent, global consumer and sensory research agency specialising in food, drink, personal and household care. We work with over 50% of the world’s top 100 food and drink brands, helping them create exceptional products through innovative research and insight.
We’re a team of over 500 people worldwide, with expertise ranging from research and marketing to sensory science and design. Our offices span the UK, US, India, South Africa, China, Singapore, Thailand, Brazil, and Colombia.
Our Creative Studio in India supports the global business with brand-focused design that elevates the way we communicate insights, share knowledge, and represent ourselves across markets. From pitch decks and thought leadership to event materials and campaign assets, design is a key part of how we make impact.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Designer, you’ll be involved in a wide range of creative work across the MMR Group, reporting to the Head of Design. You’ll collaborate with researchers, marketers, and senior creatives to bring ideas to life through clear, engaging, and on-brand visuals.
Typical projects include:
Designing visually compelling research presentations for global clients
Creating assets for B2B marketing and brand campaigns
Designing materials for webinars, internal comms and company initiatives
Producing branded content for international conferences and events
Exploring the use of AI tools to support and streamline creative workflows
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of hands-on experience in a design role (studio, in-house, or freelance)
A portfolio that demonstrates strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
An eye for detail and a solid understanding of design principles
Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creativity to each brief
Great time management and communication skills – you’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and collaborating across teams
A proactive, self-starting attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Interest in staying updated on global design trends, particularly in B2B and professional services
Bonus: experience designing in PowerPoint or using Gen AI tools in your creative process
