Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive technology adoption at the brand level and ensure seamless implementation of our Transport Management System (TMS). You will play a critical role in managing high-value enterprise accounts, conducting training programs for store and operations teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

 

What will you do at Fynd?

 

Account Management & Customer Success

Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients.
Develop a customer-first approach, deeply understanding client pain points.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive TMS adoption.

Technology Implementation & Training

Drive technology onboarding and training programs for store and operations teams.
Develop in-depth expertise in the TMS platform to resolve team and client queries.
Ensure the efficient rollout of TMS features and solutions across client accounts.

Collaboration & Solution Delivery

Work closely with Product Management and Tech teams to deliver customized solutions.
Translate customer challenges into actionable solutions using TMS capabilities.
Guide the internal team to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the system.

Project & Performance Management

Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
Ensure smooth integration of TMS with client systems via SQL and API-based solutions.
Drive continuous improvements in team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Some specific Requirements:

 

3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Client Handling, or Consulting.
Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or transport management is a plus.
Strong understanding of SQL and APIs for data-driven decision-making.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage large-scale technology rollouts.
Quick thinking to troubleshoot and offer innovative solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to train teams and drive adoption.
