Full job description
We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager with a warehousing industry experience to oversee human resources functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will leverage their warehousing expertise to drive HR initiatives, improve employee engagement, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
1. Manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Talent Management
1. Identify, develop, and retain talent within the warehousing team.
2. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
Employee Engagement
1. Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and motivation.
2. Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
Compliance
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Conduct audits and investigations as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
