Job Summary:Â We are looking for an organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our Director. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and skilled in handling a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calls, emails, travel bookings, and other arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight, accommodation, and transportation bookings, while managing any changes effectively.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring the Director’s calendar is optimized and free of conflicts.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications and matters concerning the Director.
Assist with various administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively.
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
