We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our Director in driving the company’s vision, strategy, and growth. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensure seamless day-to-day operations, and facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Communication: Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director, ensuring timely and effective communication.
3. Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, projects, and initiatives assigned by the Director, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and spreadsheets, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
5. Event Planning: Coordinate and organize events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and logistics.
6. Travel Arrangements: Book travel, accommodations, and transportation for the Director, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.
7. Expense Management: Manage the Director’s expenses, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
8. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
