MMR Research Worldwide specialise in consumer and sensory research and work with large, international brands within the food, beverage & personal/household care sectors. We are currently recruiting for part-time Product Evaluators/Sensory Panellists to join our new expert panel based at Thane West, Mumbai

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (must be available for all 3 days each week)

Hours: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

Location: Thane West, Mumbai

Pay: INR 725 (includes 10% TDS)

Key Responsibilities

 
Working individually and within a team to evaluate products within the food, drink and personal care industry
Products range from food & beverages (including alcohol, meat & individual ingredients) through to personal care & household products (e.g. shampoo, skin care products)
You will be taught how to generate sensory descriptive vocabulary as a group (relating to the taste, appearance, texture and smell of a product) and then individually evaluate products on these descriptors
No experience necessary as full training training will be given

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Good sensory acuity relating to smell and taste (this will be tested during a screening session)
You should have the ability to follow detailed instructions
You should be comfortable completing routine tasks quickly and accurately
The ability to articulate yourselves in fluent English in front of others
You must not have any dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian) & be happy to evaluate alcohol products when required
You must not have any food intolerances/allergies
You must agree not to wear any perfume and use any strong-smelling hand creams as this could affect your work
