We are seeking a well-spoken, courteous, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth front-desk operations and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities and Job Description:
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle patient registration, verify records, and manage appointment scheduling
Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct appropriately
Maintain patient records and ensure strict confidentiality of all information
Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and administration to coordinate appointments and services
Assist in billing, insurance documentation, and payment collections
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
Support general administrative tasks as required
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (healthcare or administrative background preferred)
1–2 years of relevant experience in a clinic/hospital setup preferred (Freshers may apply)
Mandatory language proficiency: Hindi and English (both spoken and written)
Polite, empathetic, and professional in handling patient interactions
Good computer skills and knowledge of scheduling/clinic management software
Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational abilities
Ability to mutitask and work in a patient-focused environment
