Job Title: Sales & Operations Coordinator

Reporting To: Operations Head Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role bridges the gap between our sales team and school clients, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling schools, setting appointments for marketing executives, coordinating their daily itineraries, and managing feedback and relationship-building with school principals and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to schools to fix appointments for marketing/product presentations
Coordinate and plan daily itineraries for marketing executives
Maintain follow-ups with schools for appointment confirmations and rescheduling if needed
Act as the point of contact between schools and internal teams (sales, operations, and support)
Coordinate with school principals and administrators for timely feedback and issue resolution
Maintain a record of all school visits, outcomes, and next steps
Escalate urgent issues or feedback from schools to relevant departments promptly
Support smooth onboarding of schools post-sale and ensure consistent engagement
Requirements:

Graduate
Fresher/1-3 years of experience in coordination, sales support, or operations roles
Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Confident in making phone calls and speaking with school authorities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with basic reporting
Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively
Preferred Skills:

Good Communication
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
