Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, ready to take on challenges, and eager to excel in the fast-paced real estate industry. You will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, and driving sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and acquire new leads through various sources, including networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
Sales & Negotiation: Pitch properties to potential buyers, conduct site visits, and negotiate deals to ensure successful closures.
Client Handling: Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options while providing an excellent customer experience.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in Mumbai’s real estate sector.
Documentation & Follow-Ups: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and follow up with clients regularly to close deals efficiently.
Work Ethics: Be willing to work long hours, especially on weekends and peak sales periods, to meet and exceed targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong sales acumen can also apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales responsibilities.
Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Knowledge of Mumbai’s real estate market is a plus.
Willingness to work long hours and weekends, if required.
