Full job description
A Sales Manager leads and manages a sales team, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, while also fostering customer relationships and ensuring team performance and growth. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
Set sales targets and quotas for the team and individual members.
Analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
Forecast sales performance and manage budgets.
Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
Motivate and coach the sales team to achieve peak performance.
Provide regular feedback and performance reviews.
Resolve conflicts and address team issues.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Generate sales reports and present findings to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Sales Operations:
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure efficient sales processes.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
