Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Supervisor to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems on our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical

1. Review and understand MEP drawings, specifications, and schedules.

2. Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

3. Ensure that all MEP work is completed in accordance with the project specifications, codes, and regulations.

4. Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.

Leadership

1. Lead and supervise a team of MEP supervisors, technicians, and laborers.

2. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior staff.

3. Ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with the project’s safety and quality procedures.

Safety and Quality

1. Ensure that all MEP work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.

2. Implement and enforce the project’s safety and quality procedures.

3. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.

4. Ensure that all MEP systems are tested and commissioned in accordance with the project specifications.

Communication and Coordination

1. Coordinate with other project teams, including construction, architecture, and engineering.

2. Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve MEP-related issues.

3. Provide regular progress reports to the MEP Manager/Project Manager.

4. Attend project meetings and coordinate with other stakeholders.

Administrative

1. Manage and control MEP-related costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.

2. Ensure that all MEP-related documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports, is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Maintain a record of all MEP-related issues, including defects, repairs, and replacements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
