Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve electronic product issues efficiently.
Guide customers on installation, operation, and maintenance.
Collaborate with the internal technical team for escalations.
Maintain service logs, documentation, and FAQs.
Conduct virtual product training sessions for customers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical/customer support (electronics/automation preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills in electronic circuits and components.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
**Note:** Female candidates are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
