Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring timely execution in line with project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations.
Lead and manage teams comprising multiple skill sets such as civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, work progress updates, and material usage logs using Excel and Google Sheets.
Identify on-site issues proactively and implement practical solutions to avoid delays or rework.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and architects to ensure clear communication and understanding of site requirements.
Ensure all work aligns with design plans, quality benchmarks, and regulatory norms.
Track resource utilization and provide regular updates to management on project timelines and material requirements.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of site supervision experience, preferably in construction or interior fit-out projects.
Ability to understand technical drawings, site layouts, and construction documents (AutoCAD proficiency is a plus).
Prior experience managing a multi-disciplinary site team.
Decent communication skills in Marathi, English and Hindi to interact with clients, contractors, and team members.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for site reporting and documentation.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Exposure to high-end residential or commercial projects will be an added advantage.
Ability to assess site technicalities and align with client expectations and company standards.
Note: This is a site based job for Pan Mumbai.
