We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge of branding strategies and expertise in Organic / Paid social media handling. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our brand strategy to effectively engage our target audience and drive business growth.

Job Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience : 5 to 12 Years

Responsibilities:

Ideate and implement social media strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement.
Write compelling, creative, and relevant content for social media platforms including Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and management) to gather content, plan
campaigns, and ensure timely execution.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure all posts go live as per schedule.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
Handle responses, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Brand Manager with a focus on Organic / Paid social media.
In-depth knowledge of branding strategies, market research, and consumer behavior.
Strong understanding of Organic / Paid social media platforms and advertising tools.
Proficient in data analysis and able to derive insights from campaign metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
