About the Role

We are on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. Whether you’re a fresher with a strong passion for social media or someone with up to 1 year of experience, this is your chance to grow with a fast-paced and dynamic brand. You will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across social platforms while shaping our brand voice and engaging with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing posts and reels.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep our brand relevant and relatable.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions.
Track performance using insights/analytics and prepare monthly reports.
Suggest new features or platform strategies to grow audience engagement and reach.
Requirements

Passion for social media, storytelling, and digital trends.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creativity, consistency, and a keen eye for detail.
Nice to Have

Experience using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Understanding of basic analytics (reach, engagement, impressions).
Exposure to social media ads and promotions.
Knowledge of trending audio, meme culture, and platform-specific nuances.
