1. Sports Coach.

(a) Key Responsibilities.

· Plan and implement comprehensive physical training sessions to improve students’ fitness levels.

· Coach students in various sports and games, such as basketball, football, swimming, volleyball, badminton, and athletics.

· Prepare students for inter-school tournaments, zonal competitions, and other sporting events.

· Teach fundamental and advanced skills in sports while focusing on teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship.

· Customize coaching techniques to meet the abilities and potential of individual students.

· Organize and oversee school sports events, including annual sports days, intra-school tournaments, and physical education activities.

· Ensure a safe and structured environment for all sports activities and training sessions.

· Identify and nurture talented students, guiding them to excel in their chosen sports.

(b)Qualifications & Skills.

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.

· Certifications in coaching from recognized sports organizations or federations (preferred).

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a sports coach, preferably in a CBSE school.

· Expertise in one or more sports and knowledge of general fitness training.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to inspire students and instill discipline through sports.

(c) Additional Requirements:

· A warm and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.

· Commitment to the school’s mission and vision of holistic education.

· Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and contribute to the overall growth of the school.

Compensation: Attractive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
