Full job description
Administration related
1. Ensure proper stock keeping of purchased fabric and embellishment Raw Material (RM)
2. Ensure proper stock keeping of pending and ready garment pieces
3. Maintain adequate stock of all fabrics, embellishments and other RM.
4. Make suitable invoices for walk-in customers
5. Ensure stock dispatch for exhibitions/store promos and reconcile exhibition sales and stock returns
6. Understand requirement of tailors and provide required material
7. Assist in procuring RM, stones, buttons, fabric, threads
8. Supervise completion of garments by Master, karigars, tailors and outsourcing agencies.
9. Ensure delivery of garments as per schedule. Complete barcoding where required. Obtain confirmation receipts from customers
10. Keep Measurement sheets of all customers organised as per exhibition / city
11. Provide code numbers / names to all garments / pieces to be manufactured.
12. Look / Organize / File Media coverage
13. Coordinate timely payments to vendors / suppliers
14. Coordinate for payment of GST and other statutory payments
15. Ensure timely collection of dues from customers
Exp: minimum 2+ years(Preferably from Fashion/Garment industry)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 – ₹480,000.00 per year
