Position:- Store Manager
Department : Retail Operations
Location -Nigeria
experience- 6+ years
Achieve agreed Sales targets by both Value & Volume targets for the assigned store.
Achieve agreed targets on Margins, Shrinkage, Loss Notes, Discount, Sales Return, Stock Cover, and Stock Ageing, resulting in achievement of agreed Profit Target at EBITDA
Store Team reviews on actual performance versus budgeted targets based on 1 and 2 above, on a monthly basis, and agreed actions with timelines.
