Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English to join our esteemed CBSE school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students in Grades 6-8, fostering a love for language and literature while ensuring a strong foundation in grammar, writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills effectively.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and comprehension through literature, poetry, and prose.
Design and assess assignments, tests, and projects to evaluate students’ progress.
Provide individualized attention to students to help them improve their language proficiency.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning.
Conduct co-curricular activities such as debates, creative writing, and drama.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff for curriculum planning and school events.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and areas of improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English / Education (B.Ed. is mandatory).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school (preferred).
Strong command of English language and grammar.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students with interactive teaching methods.
Familiarity with NEP 2020 guidelines and CBSE assessment patterns is a plus.
