Job Description: Sales Executive Position: Sales Executive Industry: Concrete / Steel / Cement Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Location: Various progressive cities across Bihar Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with strong sales ability may also apply. About the Role We are looking for an energetic sales executive to develop and grow sales of concrete, steel, cement and related construction materials across Bihar. The role involves field sales, dealer/distributor development, client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, builders and construction companies. Bihar has a growing network of industrial areas across locations, including Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Bhagalpur, Hajipur, Begusarai, Purnea and other industrial centres. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets. Identify and develop dealers, distributors, retailers and institutional customers. Visit construction sites, builders, contractors and infrastructure projects regularly. Promote and sell cement, TMT steel, concrete and other construction materials. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities. Prepare quotations, follow up on orders and coordinate deliveries. Maintain daily field visits and sales reports. Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities. Expand the company’s customer network within the assigned territory. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of the local market. Comfortable with extensive field work and travelling. Target-orientated and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp/email is preferred. Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
