Job Description
We are seeking a well-spoken, organized, and proactive Front Desk Executive (Male) with at least 2+ years of experience working in a builder’s office. The ideal candidate should understand the day-to-day operations of a real estate company, including CRM systems, customer service, basic administrative functions, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communication.
Maintain and update CRM with customer inquiries, follow-ups, and data entry.
Assist the sales and customer relationship teams with documentation and coordination.
Schedule meetings, maintain office appointments and calendars.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth flow of operations.
Handle basic administrative tasks such as courier handling, office supply management, etc.
Ensure the front desk and reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a builder’s or real estate developer’s office.
Working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and general administrative tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Professional appearance and attitude with good organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Should be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working full office hours.
