Are you someone who is genuinely passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition? We’re looking for an enthusiastic candidates who enjoys sourcing, connecting with candidates, and closing requirement positions efficiently.

Location: Visakhapatnam – Akkayyapalem / Gajuwaka
Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for Overseas Requirement.
Post jobs on portals and other platforms
Source candidates through portals, references & networking
Screen and shortlist suitable profiles
Conduct initial HR interviews & coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers in MS Excel
Ensure timely follow-ups and closures
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in recruitment & candidate sourcing
Should able to speak English and Hindi
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of job portals & MS Excel
Strong passion and genuine interest in the recruitment field.
Able to work independently and expand network of database.
