Job description
 

Enter and maintain accurate jewellery-related data in ERP/software and Excel.
Update product, order, stock and customer details as required.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS and data reports.
Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, Stores and Accounts teams for data-related requirements.
Verify data accuracy and maintain proper records and documentation.
Handle order entries, invoices, stock details and other routine data-entry work.
Ensure timely updating of records and maintain data confidentiality.

Required Skills:

Jewellery industry experience is mandatory/preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
