Job description
Role & responsibilities

1. Proper packaging of patients reports and samples (Paraffin blocks and / or slides).

2. Dispatching reports to designated address.

3. Generating Airway bill numbers for reverse pickups.

4. Filing of documents in designated / labeled folders.

5. Maintaining proper record of dispatched shipments (reports, samples, imaging films, CDs, pictures of slides & blocks etc.)

6. Co-ordination with courier services to monitor and ensure timely delivery of outbound dispatches.

7. Managing queries related to dispatched reports and/or samples (via calls, emails & Whatsapp).

8. Inventory management of the available stock and timely alert to Manager on the available stock. (Slide / block boxes, cloth / window envelopes etc).

9. Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager and consultants.
