Job brief:
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing HR manager to lead the complete HR lifecycle for our fast-growing IT services organization. The ideal candidate will come with strong experience in tech hiring, performance management, L&D, HR operations, and culture-building in a dynamic services environment. This role requires maturity, ownership, and the ability to independently drive people practices aligned with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Resource Planning
Manage end-to-end hiring for technology, project, and business functions.
Collaborate with delivery heads to forecast manpower requirements.
Strengthen sourcing channels, vendor management, and employer branding.
Maintain recruitment SLAs, dashboards, and hiring analytics.
2. Learning & Development (L&D)
Conduct skill gap analyses aligned with project and COE requirements.
Design structured learning tracks for tech, functional, and leadership roles.
Implement mentorship models and internal capability-building programs.
Coordinate external training programs and evaluate pre/post learning impact.
Champion a continuous learning culture across the organization.
3. Performance Management
Drive performance review cycles, role clarity frameworks, and OKR/KRA implementation.
Coach managers on feedback delivery, goal setting, and performance planning.
Support talent reviews, succession mapping, and capability development.
4. Onboarding, Engagement & Culture Building
Lead structured onboarding for smooth employee integration.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, R&R programs, and cultural events.
Reinforce organizational values, collaboration, and high-performance behaviors.
5. HR Operations, Policy Management & Compliance
Manage HRIS, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee documentation.
Develop, update, and implement HR SOPs and policy frameworks.
Address employee relations with fairness, professionalism, and empathy.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational standards.
6. Strategic HR Partnering
Work with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and change management.
Provide insights using HR data, dashboards, and predictive metrics.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and delivery teams.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or masters degree in human resources.
710 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT services / technology organization.
Strong expertise in tech recruitment, L&D design, and performance management.
Ability to create scalable people processes for a growing IT setup.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with HR metrics and dashboards.
Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and hands-on operations.
