Job Description
Knowledge about MS product
Configuration of Outlook
Installation of Operating Systems Win XP, Win 7, Win 8,Win 10/11,
Linux
Basic knowledge of Linux
Troubleshooting & maintenance of PCs. & Laptops.
Installation of application software.
Installation of device drivers & hardware components
Concept of Network Technology
Patch Management
Assets Management.
AD Server and Firewall Basic knowledge.
AD server Group Policy, DNS and DHCP knowledge.
Hyper-V Server understanding(Hyper-V VM creation, Live VM migration).
OS and hardware related troubleshooting through Event log or other tools.
Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of the current IT infrastructure setup, including network diagrams, system configurations.

Qualifications
B.COM Is Must

BSC.IT Graduate are Prefered
