IT ExecutiveBuild Reliable IT Support for a Growing Manufacturing BusinessSwift Technoplast is a professionally managed B2B manufacturing company serving industrial customers across India and international markets. We are looking for an IT Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day IT support and help keep employees, systems and business operations running smoothly.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys solving practical technology problems, supporting users and improving IT processes rather than simply closing support tickets.

Job SummaryAs an IT Executive, you will manage day-to-day IT support, hardware, software, connectivity, user access, IT assets and coordination with external technology vendors. Your work will directly support business continuity and employee productivity.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely support for desktop, laptop, printer, software and user issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic network problems.
Manage user accounts, access rights and IT setup for new and exiting employees.
Maintain IT assets, licenses, backups and service records.
Coordinate with external IT and technology vendors for technical issues.
Support ERP, CRM, email and other business applications from the IT side.
Follow basic cybersecurity, access-control and data-protection practices.
Identify recurring problems and recommend practical improvements.

Basic networking and connectivity

Basic cybersecurity and backup practices
Experience2-5 years of relevant IT support or IT administration experience.

Candidates with experience as an IT Executive, IT Support Executive, IT Administrator, IT Support Engineer or Desktop Support Engineer may be suitable.

Candidates from comparable B2B industries with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
