Jewellery Consultant / Senior Jewellery Consultant

Minimum Eligibility :

Education – Minimum 12th pass

Experience – 2 years; retail or service experience preferred; freshers welcome, MBA & BBA – Campus Placement

Skills:

Any customer-facing retail or service role

Communication, grooming, willingness to learn, basic numeracy

Languages:

Local language and basic English preferred

Key Responsibilities :

– Greet and welcome every customer as per PALMONAS hospitality guidelines.

– Assist customers in product discovery and understanding needs and budget.

– Maintain cleanliness, product display hygiene, and stock organization.

– Facilitate trials, demonstrate products, and handle basic billing support.

– Adhere strictly to security protocols for handling jewellery and high-value items.
