The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and a focus on minimising machine downtime while following safety and quality standards. 💻 Roles and Responsibilities 💻 Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery, utilities and equipment. 🔧 Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults and restore machines with minimum downtime. 💻 Maintain and program PLCs, control panels, VFDs, sensors and motors as required. 💻 Prepare and follow PM schedules, maintenance checklists and breakdown / spare-parts records (CMMS / SAP PM). 💻 Perform root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions. 💻 Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen and energy-saving initiatives on the shop floor. 💻 Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and EHS requirements during all maintenance activities. 🔬 Coordinate with production, quality and stores teams and manage vendors / contractors for repairs and spares. 💻 Required Skills & Experience and Education (Eg: Key Skills or Nonnegotiable skills) 💻 3-6 years of experience in industrial / plant maintenance (manufacturing or automotive preferred). 🎯 What We’re Looking For ✔️ Experience: 3-6 years ✔️ Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical ✔️ Mechanical or Electronics Engineering 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV at Hr.
