Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team as a Manager – Human Resource in Mumbai, Lower Parel, and JM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
Manage recruitment processes, including identifying regional requirements and coordinating with zonal managers.
Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to manage recruitment costs.
Facilitate timely delivery of offer letters to selected candidates and maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits.
Provide guidance on employee benefits and act as a single point of contact for any queries.
Track performance and liaise with the central HR team on non-performance-related discussions.
Drive completion of annual appraisals, Mid-Year, and KRA submission processes.
Connect regularly with employees and facilitate action planning with teams, carrying out activities as decided during action planning.
Perform in-depth exit interviews and engage with employees to understand possibilities for interventions, providing exit-related information to HRSS and the central team of BU.
Job
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent in Human Resources.
Possess strong knowledge of compensation management, benefits administration, and performance management.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience in managing recruitment processes and implementing talent sourcing strategies is necessary.
