Job Location: Noida The ORAN C&I Support Engineer has the roles defined below; ODD (Office Dependent configuration data) for RAN Elements creation Coordination with Customer and HQ for Troubleshooting, Bug Fixes and so on. Technical support for deployment as well as expertise in providing Triaging support with 3rd party OEMs [CaaS and COTS] Deep understanding of deployment and troubleshooting issues at CaaS Platforms such as Windriver / AWS / OCP etc. Good understanding & working experience in handling configurations / troubleshooting issues on COTS Hardware Interface with customers regarding the RAN technology and technical deployment topics and issues Responsibilites Strong knowledge in GSM, 4G and 5G Network Architecture, Call-flows, Protocol stacks, features, functionality and Network Slicing Fundamentals are mandatory Hands-on Experience in troubleshooting RAN-related faults (including Air Interface) is expected Good working knowledge of open RAN and virtualization concepts CKA certification is preferred. Hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift / OpenStack and cloud / virtualization technologies such as Windriver/ AWS / VMWare etc. is required Scripting (Shell / Python) knowledge is preferable Hands-on experience with mobility management & mobile broadband functions. Working knowledge of GSM, LTE & NR protocol stacks Working knowledge of IP network protocols & QoS. Good understanding of wireless network evaluation, 3GPP standard activities and FCC spectrum allocations. Knowledge of various IP-related IETF RFCs Understanding of LTE and NR – RLC, MAC and Physical layer protocols. Working knowledge of various RF antenna technologies & network optimizations. Working knowledge of GSM/WCDMA technology is desired. Working level knowledge about MS access / MS excel. Knowledge about GSM/3G/LTE/NR Air interface signaling. Knowledge about overall network architecture and call flow. Qualification and Experience (BE in E/E (8+Years of Experience in RAN System Integration, Operations and Technical Support)
