Job description
Process and update customer orders accurately in ERP/software.
Verify product details, quantity, weight, design, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, QC, Packing & Dispatch teams.
Track orders and ensure timely processing and delivery.
Follow up on pending/urgent orders and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate order records and prepare status reports.

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
ERP knowledge preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple orders and work under pressure.
Jewellery manufacturing experience preferred.
