Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the banking industry, with expertise in transition finance.

Roles and Responsibility
Prepare credit appraisal notes and in-principle notes/presentations for clients.
Liaise with business, legal, and risk teams to execute transactions and prepare transaction structuring/term sheets.
Conduct credit checks on compliance with pre-disbursement conditions and engage with internal and external parties to build knowledge base.
Prepare financial models and track key operating parameters in infrastructure sectors.
Track developments in covered sectors and draft term sheets.
Analyze financial statements and perform financial analysis of corporates/mid-corporates.

Understanding of financial statements and financial analysis of corporates/mid-corporates.
Proficient writing skills for preparing credit appraisal notes concisely while highlighting key aspects.
Financial modeling skills (MS-Excel) for preparing business plans/financial projections.
Domain expertise in covered sectors.
Knowledge of banking/lending business and regulatory aspects related to it.
Research-oriented approach with attention to detail.Major Deliverables:
Preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes and In-Principle Notes/Presentations.

Excellent written communication skills for preparing concise and insightful Credit Appraisal Notes that highlight key aspects of a transaction.
Financial modeling skills using MS Excel for preparing business plans and financial projections.
Domain expertise in sectors under coverage.
Good understanding of banking/lending business and related regulatory aspects.
Research-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.
