Job Description & Required Skills Location: Navi Mumbai-Airoli 5G NSA, SA Architecture, theoretical knowledge Good understanding of 2G, 4G/5G OSS KPI 2G, 4G/5G OSS KPI Monitoring, Analysis, Optimization OSS KPI degradation analysis 2G, 4G/5G RF Parametric Optimization suggestions & executions 2G, 4G/5G SCFT, Cluster Drive Test Executions, Layer-3 analysis, report Preparation, discussion with customer & closure 5G Functional test executions, test Report Preparation, issue analysis & report closure with customer 4G/5G feature trial execution, report preparation, issue analysis, discussions & trial closure with customer gNB/eNB SW bug & configuration related root cause identification & coordinating R&D team for resolution Performance validation of gNB SW, Patch, Features by field trials, KPI monitoring Reproducing technical issues on field raised by Customer, issue analysis & query resolutions with help of R&D & HQ team End to End technical issue analysis & providing resolutions related to gNB/eNB/Backhaul/Core/UE/FTP server/RF Optimization perspective by analyzing UE, ENB/GNB logs Provides technical support and knowledge transfer for LTE and 5G RF solution to customer Innovate and implement experimental ideas and concepts to deliver value to the end Customer Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure all issues are addressed Day-to-Day issue handling and reporting Qualification & Experience Strong background on LTE & 5G RF – concepts of network architecture, radio protocols and call procedures. Strong understanding on RF Parameters, RF KPI, RF KPI Calculation formulas & KPI logics. Strong understanding of documentation, including RF Optimization procedures, troubleshooting steps Strong hands-on experience on Layer-3 Analysis, on field Drive Tests. Issue Troubleshooting, RF Tools as XCAL, XCAP, TEMS, QXDM, QCAT, MapInfo, Mycom etc. Strong troubleshooting skills to debug and analyze RF and network related issues with LTE and 5G RAN. Understanding of architectural solutions, design, specify, implement, test RF features, LTE and 5G product and solutions. Strong hands-on experience as an individual contributor in Conceptualize, Design and Develop new features in the product
