Job description
 

Handle counter sales and assist customers in selecting jewellery products.
Proactively call existing and potential clients to generate sales and follow up on enquiries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers confidently.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details.

Requirements:

Experience in Gold Chain or Jewellery sales is mandatory.
Excellent communication, convincing, and client-handling skills.
Confident in making outbound sales calls and converting leads into customers.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience will be an added advantage.
