About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site execution for residential and commercial interior/architecture projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, manpower management, material coordination, quality control, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients as required.
Manage and supervise site workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timelines.
Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, storage, and usage at the site.
Check measurements and workmanship and identify any discrepancies or quality issues.
Read and understand architectural, interior, and working drawings.
Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and records.
Resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the project site.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Report project progress, material requirements, manpower requirements, and site issues to management.
Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in site supervision/site management, preferably in interior design, architecture, construction, or modular/interior projects.
Good understanding of interior and civil work execution.
Ability to read architectural/interior working drawings.
Strong knowledge of materials, measurements, finishing, and basic construction processes.
Good manpower and contractor management skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Skills

Experience in residential interiors, commercial interiors, or turnkey projects.
Knowledge of modular furniture/kitchen installation will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills.
