Role & responsibilities

Receiving and inspecting incoming construction materials and equipment against purchase orders.
Storing items safely on-site to prevent damage, theft, and deterioration.
Issuing materials and safety gear to site staff and tracking inventory via registers or logs.
Conducting regular physical stock audits and tracking reorder levels to prevent site downtime.
Managing site tools and machinery check-ins/check-outs and scheduling required maintenance.
Maintaining site documentation including Goods Received Notes (GRN), gate passes, and material consumption reports.
