Location : Airoli Navi Mumbai / Sultanpur Delhi / Manesar Haryana. Job Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in Telecom recruitment, particularly hiring L1, L2 and L3 Engineers and other telecom profiles. The candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end hiring for Telecom, NOC, Network Operations, RF, 4G/5G, and L1/L2/L3 Telecom and Network Engineer positions, along with other related technical roles. Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels. Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, and compensation. Coordinate interviews, client discussions, feedback, offers, and joining. Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers, and candidate pipelines. Build a strong talent pool for Telecom and Network Engineering roles. Ensure timely closure of requirements and minimize offer dropouts. Travel to client locations for recruitment drives, interviews, and hiring coordination when required. Requirements Hands-on experience hiring L1/L2/L3 Engineers or Network Engineers and Handle hiring for Telecom, NOC, Network Operations, RF, 4G/5G, and related technical roles. Good understanding of technical recruitment and Telecom profiles. Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills. Good communication skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel to client locations. Working Days: 6 Days 1s and 3rd Saturday working 2nd 4th and 5th Week of
