Position Summary The Claims Concierge will be responsible to handle and execute all allocated tasks in accordance with the company documented service standards and work closely with the top producers. Primary Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this role would be to provide all types of claim-related support to the producer that they are assigned to. This would involve (but would not be limited to) communicating and coordinating internally and externally with parties to find status of open and active claims, sharing of information and documents and preparing summary reports, procurement of loss data etc. Additional Responsibilities Although this would be an individual role, an ideal candidate would also need to be an exceptional team player who would collaborate with departments and individuals to ensure best possible claims support for their assigned producers. Skills and Competencies Problem solving skills: Investigative, analytical, detail-oriented nature.Organizational skills: Able to multi-task, establish priorities, complete tasks/assignment in a timely manner and comply with process requirements.Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates solid relationship building skills by being approachable, responsive and proactive.
