Job descriptionJob Description Chartered AccountantDesignation: Chartered Accountant Accounts, Taxation & ComplianceIndustry: Real EstateReporting To: Head Accounts & FinanceKey Responsibilities••Manage and review project-wise accounting, financial reporting, revenuerecognition, project costs and profitability for real estate projects.Oversee GST compliance, including GST returns, ITC reconciliation, RCM,invoicing and GST implications of property sales, JDAs and construction-relatedtransactions.••••Handle Income Tax and TDS compliances, including tax provisions, advance tax,returns, assessments and tax-related matters.Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax auditors, internal auditors and externaltax consultants for audits, tax audit and other statutory compliances.Manage RERA compliances, including project-wise financial data, RERA filings andcoordination for Form 3 and other applicable compliances.Liaise and coordinate with Income Tax, GST and other taxauthorities/departments for notices, assessments, submissions, hearings andresolution of tax matters.
