Key Responsibilities
Identify Opportunities: Source new clients (B2B/B2C) via cold calling, networking, and industry events to sell holiday packages and travel services.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, corporate partners, and travel agents.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share.
Proposal Generation: Create and present tailored travel proposals, itineraries, and cost estimates to clients.
Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in a CRM system.
