Job Title: Project Lead / Project Manager – Branding & Marketing

Job Overview:
Socyel is looking for a highly responsible, creative, and result-oriented Project Lead / Project Manager who can independently manage branding and marketing projects from planning to execution. The candidate should be capable of handling client communication, team coordination, strategy execution, and project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently handle end-to-end branding and marketing projects.
Coordinate with design, content, social media, marketing, and development teams.
Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and daily task tracking.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and branding activities.
Handle campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
Identify challenges proactively and provide effective solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects with quality output.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Branding, or Marketing.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Good knowledge of marketing tools, project management tools, and reporting systems.
Creative thinking with problem-solving capability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in agency or branding company environment.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, content strategy, and campaign management.
Basic understanding of graphic design and social media creatives.
Experience in handling international clients is an added advantage.
Job Details:
Work Mode: Work From Home
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: As per experience and skills
Joining: Immediate Preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
