Labour Helper / Mazdoor: Job Description (Adornis Home Decor)

Role: Provides physical support for handling, moving, and storing decor products and materials at the showroom and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload goods, furniture, and decor items from vehicles
Manufacturing Products of our company with care and technique (training will be provided)
Move products carefully within the showroom, godown, and delivery sites
Help pack items securely using bubble wrap, cartons, and other packing material
Assist the delivery team with deliveries and installations at customer locations
Arrange stock neatly in the warehouse and showroom
Keep the godown, loading area, and work areas clean
Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor
Follow instructions from the supervisor or store in-charge
Requirements:

Basic literacy preferred (can read labels and simple instructions)
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Careful with fragile and breakable goods
Honest, hardworking, and punctual
Willing to travel for deliveries when required
Prior experience in a warehouse, furniture, or decor business preferred but not essential
